Payroll that explains every figure

What the Pay suite will do

Pay will run payroll on the same records as HR, attendance, and leave, with each country's statutory rules kept in its country pack. A run will have to pass its correctness gates before it can be posted, and a posted run will never change: a correction will be a new adjustment in a later run. Benefits, expenses, piece work, and retirement funds will connect to the same payroll.

Checked before posting

Correctness gates and anomaly checks run before a pay run is posted, and a second person approves it.

Posted means final

A posted run never changes, so corrections, arrears, and retro pay are new entries in a later or off-cycle run.

Every figure explained

Payslips explain every figure, backed by payroll registers and variance reports.

Country rules in country packs

Statutory tax and contributions come from versioned country packs, chosen by each company's country.

Modules in the Pay suite

These are the modules this suite is designed to include.

0 of 10 modules available

  • Payroll

Calculate pay from components and formulas, run regular and off-cycle payrolls, check each run against correctness gates before posting, and produce payslips, bank files, and GL exports.

  • Country packs

Apply each country's statutory tax, contributions, default leave types, holidays, and reports from versioned rate tables with a verification log.

  • Benefits administration

Set up benefit plans with eligibility rules, enrolment, and dependants' cover, and send their costs to payroll.

  • Expenses

Submit expense claims with receipts, check them against policies and limits, approve them, and reimburse through payroll or a separate payout.

  • Travel

Request and approve trips, pay travel advances, and apply daily allowances in several currencies under policies by grade and destination.

  • Earned wage access

Let employees draw pay they have already earned before payday, within limits you set, with recovery in the same payroll.

  • Pay simulation

Run what-if payrolls for pay rises, policy changes, and budgets, and compare them with actual results.

  • Compensation planning

Run pay review cycles with budgets and guidelines by grade and rating, collect manager proposals for approval, and issue total reward statements.

  • Piece work

Pay by the piece with rates per operation, product, and grade, production entry per worker or team, and a top-up to the minimum wage.

  • Retirement and end-of-service funds

Run provident, gratuity, and pension funds with member accounts, contributions from payroll, loans and withdrawals, and member statements.
