What can we use today?
Core HR, organization, time and attendance with biometric devices, leave, lifecycle, and approvals are available today. The product overview lists every module and marks those available today.
Which languages does it support?
English and Arabic today, with full right to left, and with Western digits for dates and numbers in every language.
Which attendance devices does it work with?
ZKTeco fingerprint and face devices send punches to the cloud, or through an on-site gateway for devices on a closed network, which holds punches until they are safely received. Employees can also check in from the mobile app, with a geofence and an offline queue, so you need no device to start.
Can one workspace hold several companies?
Yes. Run many companies in one workspace, each with its own country, base currency, and time zones. A person can work for several companies, at once or one after another, and keeps one history.
Can we have a database of our own?
Yes, on request. A new workspace can be placed in a database of its own, holding no one else's data. It runs the same code, and the database still enforces isolation inside it.
